Jim Weaver, the principal of JW NonProfit Advisors, is a veteran of over 35 years of work with nonprofit organizations. His wide range of experience has included serving as the Executive Director of a variety of organizations and a Board Member of many. As an Executive Director he has developed strong Boards of Directors, managed multiple staff personnel, met challenging budgets with creative fundraising, and led effective teams of volunteers who have contributed formidably to organizational success.

As a Board Member, Jim has contributed with depth and breadth to the growth and effectiveness of the organizations he has helped to govern, as well as to the development of the Boards themselves.

Jim is now sharing his experience and expertise with nonprofits who are facing fresh challenges and who wish to move their organizations to new levels of service.
